At DPC Torbole we offer you an exciting SUP program including SUP lessons, excursions and Yoga sessions. You can enjoy a basic introduction course or participate in a relaxing stand-up paddling tour on tranquil waters, observing the beautiful scenery Lake Garda has to offer. For a more challenging experience, test your balance with SUP yoga or learn advanced techniques for paddling faster, maintaining a straight course, and covering longer distances. Regardless of your choice, our approachable paddling instructors ensure you feel secure and at ease on the water.

BEGInner sup lessons

Learn proper paddling techniques & balance tips in a relaxed and supportive environment. Our calm waters provide the ideal setting for mastering the essentials, ensuring you gain confidence with each stroke.

Enjoy a relaxing paddle as the sun begins to set on the horizon. Explore the waters of Lake Garda and the beautiful scenery while getting a great workout. Our knowledgeable guides offer insights about the area while providing valuable paddling tips. Enjoy this workout in a small, friendly group. Private tours for last-light sunsets and full-moon nights available upon request.
